The Infused Plate is a two-hour, 21+ supper club for people who want a more personal way to experience Ithaca’s food and cannabis community.
On Sunday, August 23, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, 30 guests will gather at a private downtown Ithaca location for a chef-curated, three-course seafood dinner featuring premium live rosin infusions.
Tickets are $100 per seat, plus the ticket fee at checkout. The exact location will be emailed to ticket holders three days before the event.
What’s on the menu
Appetizer. Lobster and Scallop St. Jacques
Entrée. Cajun seabass served over truffle Parmesan risotto
Dessert. Infused rose anglaise crêpe
Non-infused preparations are also available for couples or groups where not everyone chooses to consume. Guests who choose an infused preparation should make that choice based on their own experience and tolerance.
What makes this dinner different
With only 30 seats, The Infused Plate is meant to feel like dinner around one table, not a large public event. You can enjoy the meal, meet local growers and other guests, and take part in the conversation that happens when food and community share the same table.
It works as a date, a night out with friends, or a chance to try a chef-led dinner that is different from the usual Ithaca restaurant experience.
